PetBuddy360 acts as a platform connecting users with service providers. We are not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party professionals listed on our platform.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our services
• Engage in any activity that could harm other users or their pets

We make reasonable efforts to verify service providers, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any services offered. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any service provider. Any disputes between users and service providers are the responsibility of the parties involved.

All content within PetBuddy360, including but not limited to the app design, logo, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to PetBuddy360 and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any content you upload to the platform (e.g., pet photos) remains yours, but you grant PetBuddy360 a non-exclusive licence to use it for operating and improving our services.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
